B.When you finish your order,we will begin processing your order within 2 hours.It usually takes 1-2 working days to prepare your orders.
C.For the free shipping,it may take about 6-10 business days for delivering according to the different delivery means you select.
D.We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
E.We will provide the tracking number and track links via email to you.

How do I track my shipment?
We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out.We would send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
Please allow up to 14 business days for your item to be delivered.If it still does not arrive,please reach us by clicking the contact Us' button on the website.We will get back to you shortly.

How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process,specify where you want your purchase to be shipped.It can be different from your credit card billing address.You may specify any ship-to street address.

Return Informations

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached.
Some exceptions apply to our standard return policy: shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original shoe box, swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary lining and packaging intact, and fragrance products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 21 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued, along with complimentary return shipping, once the damaged merchandise is returned.
